Soccer HeaderEven the top soccer players spend hours at soccer training and playing in soccer games. No matter how good you become, you still need to sharpen your skills. Remember practice makes perfect.

Activity 1: Passing Accuracy

This activity focuses on improving your passing ability. In this drill you need to set up 2 cones or small markers, 1 meter distance from each other.

Aim:
You have to pass the ball through the cones from the required distance. Good luck!
Level 1: The starting distance is 5 metres. The score required here is 8 out of 10.
Level 2: The starting distance is 5 metres. The score required here is 7 out of 10.

Activity 2: Dribbling

This activity focuses on improving your dribbling skills. In this drill you need to set up 4 cones in a straight line, with a 1 metre space between each cone.

Aim:
You have to zig zag through the cones keeping the ball under control, and avoiding contact with the cones. Good luck!
Level 1: You have to complete your zig zag dribbling through the cones 5 times. Time yourself and see if you can improve your time. You can even have a contest with your friends to see who has the quickest time.

Activity 3: Juggling

This activity focuses on improving your juggling skills.

Aim:
You have to juggle the ball in the air whilst keeping it under control. 1 juggle is counted when you make contact with the ball in the air with your feet, head, knees, or chest. Good luck!
Level 1: Juggle the ball in the air 20 times before it bounces.
Level 2: Juggle the ball in the air 50 times before it bounces.
